Ameren Illinois Senior Vice President
Customer Operations

Michael Moehn was named senior vice president, Customer Operations, Ameren Illinois, in January 2012. In this position, he directs all electric and gas operations, technical services and customer operations in Illinois.
    
Mr. Moehn joined Ameren as assistant controller in June 2000. In 2002, he was promoted to vice president, Ameren Energy Resources, where he was responsible for back office, controller, pricing and analysis, and selected information technology services for nonregulated generating, as well as marketing and fuels management and trading services. Mr. Moehn was named vice president for Corporate Planning in 2004. Four years later he was promoted to senior vice president for Corporate Planning and Business Risk Management.
  
Before joining Ameren, he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers for nine years, where he attained the position of senior manager.
  
Mr. Moehn holds a bachelor of arts degree in accounting from St. Louis University and a master's in business administration degree from Washington University, St. Louis. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a 2008 Eisenhower Fellow, and is co-chair of the Southwestern Illinois Division de Tocqueville Society of the United Way.
