In Illinois, Ameren Illinois is responsible for the delivery of electricity and natural gas to our customers. Ameren Illinois is regulated by the Illinois Commerce Commission and is also subject to federal regulatory oversight.
  
In Missouri, the Ameren Missouri electric (generation and delivery) and natural gas delivery operations are regulated by the Missouri Public Service Commission. Ameren Missouri is also subject to federal regulatory oversight.
