Richard Mark, (far right) AmerenUE’s Senior Vice President, Energy Delivery, presents a $50,000 check to Heat Up St. Louis to help area elderly and disabled people, low-income families and those in need with heating bills. Present at the event celebrating this gift and a $400,000 contribution from the city of St. Louis were Mayor Francis G. Slay, Alderwomen Marlene Davis, Donna Knight, Melanie DiLeo and Kevin McGowan. The alderwomen are all board members of Heat UP/Cool Down St. Louis.
