Steps for Registering on Ameren.com
1.	Find a recent Ameren bill. You will need your 10-digit account number and the account name exactly as it appears on the address of the bill.
2.	Sign up and create a UserID and Password. The UserID and Password will be required to access your online account information, the Energy Savings Toolkit and other online applications. Hint: Use the “New User? Sign Up Now” link in the Customer Login box on the ameren.com home page to begin the registration process.
3.	Complete the registration with your 10-digit account number the account name exactly as it appears on your bill.
4.	Use your UserID and Password to view your bill online and to access other online applications.
