J.P. Keating is supplier diversity executive for Ameren's Energy Delivery business as well as Ameren's Energy Efficiency programs for both Ameren Illinois and Ameren Missouri.

Prior to Ameren, Keating served in multiple positions at The Boeing Company and Anheuser-Busch Companies. His responsibilities included production procurement and supplier management; contract management and sales for hardware and services; project management for executive management; and internal auditing of global operations.
  
A native of St. Louis, Keating earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and a MBA from Saint Louis University. He is the vice president of the John Cook School of Business Alumni Association, serving on the networking and community relations committee and also a mentor for the St. Louis IT Entrepreneur Network (ITEN). Keating is also a member of the Edison Electrical Institute's Supplier Diversity Taskforce and an active member of the National Minority Supplier Development Council and the Women's Business Enterprise National Council.
