7/29 - Technical standards posted on ICC/OMRD website. Link to OMRD website to be added on CPWG page. 7/22 - Torsten has posted standards on his website. Waiting to see if we need another waiver to get the technical standards. 6/17 - NAESB has sent cd with standards requested to Torsten. Will close this once they have been posted. 6/10 - Met with NAESB, Torsten requesting waiver for applicable standards - will be posted on his ORMD webpage 5/9 - NAESB sending language to Torsten to allow access to standards. NAESB meeting with Torsten June 3.

7/1 - Standards call held, decision to not add to standards at this time 6/17 - both ComEd and Ameren said they do not want to provide this option, and would rather send the level of information that is available. Left open for comments from those that were not in attendance at 6/17 meeting

9/30 - ComEd has fixed issue with inbound zero amounts (as long as they are formatted correctly). Both utilities will not accept negative amounts on inbound 820's, but will pass them on outbound 820's 7/1 - Standards call - more discussion needed - may need to test to see where issue is - RES, bank, or ComEd 6/17 - zero and negative amounts currently cause issues with Ameren and ComEd systems

Utilities don't want to send both, since the data is the same for 99% of customers. Need RES input on which they prefer.
