    <ul> <li><strong>I remember my eRecruit UserID, but not my Password.<br /> </strong>Click <a href="https://sis1.ameren.com/UserServices/pub/eRecruit/Challenge?forward_url=https://erecruit.ameren.com" target="_blank">Forgot your Password</a>? You will be prompted for the answer to the secret question you set up. Correctly answer the secret question, and you are allowed to reset your password. Ameren does not have access to passwords. </li> </ul> <br> <ul> <li><strong>I cannot remember my eRecruit UserID.</strong><br /> You can send an <a href="https://sis1.ameren.com/UserServices/pub/eRecruit/GetUserID?forward_url=https://erecruit.ameren.com" target="_blank">email</a> to request your eRecruit UserID. </li> </ul> <br> <ul> <li><strong>My eRecruit UserID is locked.</strong><br /> Your eRecruit UserID is locked after three failed attempts to login, and is automatically unlocked after 15 minutes. You can try logging in again, but most likely you are using an incorrect password. You can <strong>reset</strong> <strong>your password</strong> by answering the secret question that you set up when you created your eRecruit UserID. </li> </ul>
     
    <ul> <li><strong>My session times out after a couple of minutes of activity.<br /> </strong>This typically results from cookies being disabled on your browser. Recruiting Solutions uses a cookie for the duration of your session. Access your browser's Help to learn more about cookies. </li> </ul>
     
    The Enter Resume Text page does not allow me to cut and paste my resume in the field provided.<br /> <br /><ul> <li>While viewing your resume, highlight the information that you want to copy. Press Ctrl + c to copy the information. Move your cursor to the Applicant page, and press Ctrl + v to paste the information. </li> <br/> <li><strong>While entering my resume data, my session times out.<br /> </strong>We recommend that you use the cut and paste method described above to enter this information, rather than typing it. </li> <br/> <li><strong>My contact information has changed.<br /> </strong>After logging into Recruiting Solutions, click the My Profile link to change your personal information. </li> <br/> <li><strong>I am having problems completing an online application. Can I send you an email with my resume.<br /> </strong>No. All applications must be submitted through Recruiting Solutions. </li> </ul>
     
    <ul> <li><strong>How can I verify my application has been received?<br /> </strong>An automatic email response is sent immediately after an application is submitted. You can also log in and go to My Careers Tools, to confirm that all applications have been received for the jobs you have applied for. </li> </ul>
