One hundred percent of customer and company contributions to both programs go directly to helping customers in need.

• Warm Neighbors Cool Friends contributed $929,000 in 2012 and helped 2,064 households. In some areas, the program also assisted with home weatherization.

• Dollar More provided $3.3 million in 2012 and helped 11,943 households with bill payment assistance.
