Sometimes it is helpful if a friend or family member receives notice that your service has been scheduled for disconnection. At your request, a duplicate notice of our intent to disconnect residential service may be mailed to a third party whom you designate. The third party is under no obligation to pay the bill and must agree to receive these notices.
