Included below are certain Ameren regulatory filings. Those listed do not reflect all filings made by all Ameren companies. Ameren will periodically include a selected filing based on its judgment as to the relevance and importance of filed material.

Description:
|
Rate cases were filed in June 2009 to increase electric delivery service rates for AmerenCILCO, AmerenCIPS, and AmerenIP by an aggregate $181 million annually (AmerenCILCO—$28 million increase, AmerenCIPS—$51 million increase, and AmerenIP—$102 million increase). The ICC is expected to issue decisions on the cases no later than May 2010.

Description:

Rate cases were filed in June 2009 to increase natural gas delivery service rates for AmerenCILCO, AmerenCIPS and AmerenIP by an aggregate $45 million annually (AmerenCILCO—$9 million increase, AmerenCIPS—$11 million increase, and AmerenIP—$25 million increase). The ICC is expected to issue decisions on the cases no later than May 2010.

AmerenUE filed a rate case in July 2009 requesting a $402 million annual increase in electric rates. The MoPSC is expected to issue a decision on the request no later than June 2010.

Description:

AmerenUE rate case filed in July 2006 to increase natural gas delivery rates. The MoPSC approved a stipulation and agreement that authorized a $6 million increase in annual natural gas delivery revenues effective April 1, 2007.
