- Ameren Transmission Company of Illinois Petition for CPCN for Illinois Rivers Project

Description: On November 7, 2012, Ameren Transmission Company of Illinois filed with the ICC for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) to construct, operate and maintain the Illinois Rivers Transmission Line. This line is an approximately $1.1 billion Midwest Independent Transmission System Operator-approved multi-value project. Rates for the Illinois Rivers Transmission Line are established by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
- Ameren Illinois Electric Delivery Service Rate Case
Docket No. 12-0293
Description: On December 5, 2012, the ICC approved new electricity delivery rates for Ameren Illinois effective January 1, 2013. The 2013 rates reflect a further reduction of $5 million in annual revenues from the initial formula rates approved in September 2012. The ICC order in that initial formula rates case, Docket No. 12-0001, reduced revenue by $48 million annually.
- Ameren Illinois Gas Delivery Service Rate Case

Description: On January 25, 2013, Ameren Illinois filed a request for a $50 million annual increase in natural gas delivery rates with the ICC. The ICC is required to issue a decision in this case by December 2013.
