Ameren employees and contractors left for New Jersey on Oct. 27, to help PSE&G restore power in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy.
Ameren Illinois sent 50 linemen and support staff as well as released nearly 100 electric and forestry contractors. Ameren Missouri sent more than 50 overhead linemen, supervisors and other personnel.
