AmerenUE's Power On

Investing in Communities
Project Power On is a $1 billion initiative designed by UE to improve reliability in our communities and to protect the environment we share.

As part of Power On, UE and Saint Louis University recently launched Quantum Weather
—a highly precise weather monitoring, forecasting and response system. Quantum Weather will allow UE to deploy crews more rapidly to neighborhoods when severe weather strikes. More about Quantum Weather.

Jefferson City, March 2009:
Large-scale reliability projects underway in Jefferson City, including connectivity to Quantum Weather and placing overhead powerlines underground as part of Project Power On.
