Ameren Access Agreement: Customers and brokers need to sign an access agreement and then fax it to the number on the bottom of the form to gain access to the Gas Transport System. Once the signed form is received, a user ID and a password will be assigned.

Broker Authorization Form: Customers need to complete the broker authorization form and fax it to the number on the bottom of the form to give their marketers the authority to nominate on their behalf and to access their account information on the Gas Transport System.

Gas Transport Nomination Form - Broker: Customers or marketers use this form when they do not have access to the Gas Transport System and need to get the nomination submitted in a timely manner.

Release of Utility Historical Information: Customers use this form to give Ameren permission to release historical information to a marketer.

Notification of Intended Change in Natural Gas Service: For use by existing transportation customers. Please select the appropriate form from the list below. Use the form to select your election to continue transportation service or switch to system gas supply for October 2008 when new tariffs take affect. Signed forms may be faxed to the number on the form.
