Warm Neighbors Qualifications
The purpose of the Warm Neighbors Payment Program is to provide heating bill payment assistance for people facing the loss of their heating supply. To qualify for funding, applicants must be an AmerenIP customer and be in danger of losing their primary source of heat. The program runs from December 1 through May 31, or until funds are depleted for the heating season.    To qualify, applicants must meet one of the following conditions:
	Total household income between 150-200% of poverty level
	Demonstrate temporary personal or family crisis with written documentation of the crisis
