Customer Advisory Council

AmerenCILCO is committed to enhancing and maintaining its energy provider relationship with the 600,000 residents living in our service territory.

The Customer Advisory Council provides a direct communication link between AmerenCILCO and the customers and communities it serves. Those who participate in the council represent residents and communities served by AmerenCILCO.

The Customer Advisory Council:

• establishes and maintains a more direct line of communication between AmerenCILCO and its customers;
• determines customers' concerns and attitudes toward the company;
• discusses and proposes suggestions for improving understanding and operating procedures;
• reviews company policies and procedures that affect customers;
• establishes a community representative/sounding board in areas throughout our service territory through which citizens can discuss issues with AmerenCILCO.
