Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Our diverse workforce is dedicated to powering the quality of life. We focus that same kind of dedication to building a diverse, inclusive, and engaged culture where people from all backgrounds are valued and share opinions. This fosters an inclusive workplace where all co-workers have the opportunity to reach their full potential. We embrace diversity of thought, style, experience, culture, race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, military service or status, pregnancy, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression and more. This drives innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement so the best solutions are put into action. Together, we are keeping the lights on and the gas flowing - 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
