The Diversity Department provides recruitment, training and initiatives that support a diverse workforce and foster an environment where each employee feels respected and valued for their unique contributions. The Diversity Department also provides consultation, information and program design assistance to Ameren business lines.
The Ameren Corporate Diversity Council and Diversity Department together set the strategy for corporate-wide diversity initiatives that insure we have an inclusive work culture and diverse workforce in place to accomplish the mission, vision and values of Ameren.
