In turn, Ameren Talent Acquisition strives to select recruitment vendors with similar principles and objectives. We continually evaluate our recruitment vendors and process. Our goal is to develop a strong working relationship with our recruitment vendors and partner with them to place top talent at Ameren.
	Process and Application
	Ameren Talent Acquisition reviews new recruitment vendor applications when warranted. Our last preferred recruitment vendor selection process was completed in April 2009. Recruitment vendors interested in being notified of the next selection process need to complete our Vendor Profile.
