UserID & Password
  I remember my UserID, but not my Password.
  Click Forgot your Password?. You will be prompted for the answer to the secret question you set up. Correctly answering the secret question will allow you to reset your password. Ameren does not have access to passwords.
 
I cannot remember my UserID.

My UserID  is locked.
Your UserID will be locked after 3 failed attempts to login and is automatically unlocked after 15 minutes. You can try logging in again, but most likely—you are using the incorrect password. You can reset your password by answering the secret question that you set up when you created your UserID.
 
Technical Issues
My session times out after a couple of minutes of activity.
This typically results from cookies being disabled on your browser.   eRecruit uses a cookie for the duration of your session. This page at Google.com describes how to enable cookies—depending on your browser—it covers Microsoft Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Netscape.  AOL users can click here for instructions.  You should also be able to click "Help" in your browser toolbar to learn more about cookies.
 
When I try to view Job Postings - nothing happens.
This results from your browser not having 128-bit encryption enabled.   Click here to see if you have 128-bit encryption on your browser. You should see the message "You have established a 128-bit connection." If you don't see this message, this page describes how to enable 128-bit encryption on your machine if you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape.
 
If you have 128-bit encryption enabled, check to see if you have software installed to block pop-up windows. The initial Careers page is launched in a new window. It is possible your software is blocking it.
 
Entering and Updating your Information
The Enter Resume Text page does not allow me to cut and paste my resume in the field provided.
While viewing your resume, highlight the information that you want to copy. Press <Ctrl> + c  to copy the information. Move your cursor to the Applicant page, and press <Ctrl> + v to paste the information.
 
While entering my resume data, my session times out.
We recommend that you use the "cut and paste" method described above to enter this data, rather than keying the information.
 
My contact information has changed.
Click the My Profile link, after logging into Recruiting Solutions, to change your personal information.
 
I am having problems completing an online application. Can I send you an email with my resume?
No. All applications must be submitted through Recruiting Solutions for specific posted positions.
 
Application Status Information
How can I verify my application has been received?
An automatic email response is sent immediately after an application has been submitted. You may also log in and go to My Careers Tools to confirm that all applications have been received for the jobs you have applied for.
 
What is the status of my application?
All candidates will be notified via email when a position has been filled.
