After you complete the First Line Supervisor (FLS) test, Ameren will mail you a feedback report within a few business days. Ameren also provides the hiring manager with a “Recommended” or “Not Recommended” result.
If you are “Not Recommended” on the FLS, you will no longer be considered for the position you tested for, but you may be eligible to retest in the future. You may retest once after 90 days, but to take the test a third and final time you will need to wait another 18 months and demonstrate developmental activity (e.g., relevant education or work assignments).
If you are “Recommended” on the FLS test, congratulations! You will be contacted by a recruiter to schedule an interview. Your test results are valid as long as Ameren uses this test.
