Employees who changed benefit plans or added dependents during annual enrollment should be receiving new benefit ID cards for 2008. If you enrolled in a different plan for 2008 and have not received your new ID card by January 1, contact your new provider. If you are not sure if your current ID is still valid, contact your provider using the number printed on your current ID card.
