Tuition Reimbursement Program
As you pursue your career at Ameren, you may find that need to obtain additional education in order to prepare for future challenges or a particular job opportunity. The Tuition Reimbursement Program is designed to assist employees in this endeavor by providing refunds for a percentage of the educational tuition and fees incurred. Regular, full-time employees are eligible for this benefit. Ameren IP contract employees must be have one full year of employment to be eligible for this benefit. Temporary, part-time, and special employees are not eligible. Fees Covered by this program include:

	Graduation fees
	Student activity fees
	Registration fees
