Because of their efficient insulation and steam delivery, these cookers offer shorter cook times, higher production rates and reduced heat loss. In addition to saving natural gas and electricity, steam cookers also save water - almost 90% or more compared with standard steam cooker models when using on average three gallons of water per hour.
