Take the following steps to request, upgrade, relocate or remove electric, gas or lighting service:
- Complete and save the Main Request Application.
- Complete and save the applicable electric or gas service type application(s).
- Email the completed application(s) to Construction Hotline
or
Print and fax to 314.641.2406 or 888.738.0620.
