Landlord Direct is an expanded on-line service for property managers.This free program allows landlords to perform the following management functions for properties located in the Ameren Missouri service territory through a secure, self-service web portal that is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week:
- Add or remove a property from your agreement.
- Schedule Ameren Missouri electric and gas turn-on/off dates to match tenants’ lease periods.
- Enter service orders to turn service on or off.
- View and print the energy consumption history of a premise.
- Receive email notification when turn-on orders are issued or voided, a shut-off for a nonpayment order is issued, and the name is changed on an account.
