Eligibility
The Paperless eBill Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Ameren Missouri (the "Sponsor"), who is solely responsible for all aspects of this Sweepstakes. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. The Sweepstakes is open only to (i) Ameren Missouri customers with an active Ameren Missouri account, (ii) who are legal residents of the state of Missouri and (iii) eighteen (18) years of age ("Eligible Individual") on date of entry. Officers, directors, managers and employees - including immediate family members and members of the same household, whether or not related (spouse, parent, child, siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) - of Ameren Missouri, Ameren Corporation, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
Dates of Promotion/Entry Periods
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Central Time (CT) on Jan. 1, 2013, and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on Feb. 28, 2013 ("Entry Period").

How to Enter
An individual will be deemed a Participant in the Sweepstakes if he/she is Eligible Individual and enters the Sweepstakes using at least one (1) of three (3) entry methods as described below:
1. Go to AmerenMissouri.com/eBill and sign up to receive your bill electronically and you will be automatically entered in the Sweepstakes. Households are limited to one entry for signing up for eBill during the Sweepstakes period. Eligible customers currently enrolled in eBill cannot "un-enroll" then "re-enroll" to gain additional entries.
2. Visit AmerenMissouri.com and sign in or register for an online account and enroll in eBill and you will be automatically entered into Sweepstakes.
3. Mail-In Entry Method: The Mail-In Entry Method is available to current customers who choose not to enroll in eBill. A Participant may enter the Sweepstakes by legibly hand printing on a 3" x 5" card, in black or blue ink, your first name, last name, email address (if available), mailing address, city, state, zip, day and evening phone numbers with area code first and date of birth. Mail the 3" x 5" card in a hand-printed first-class stamped envelope to: "Ameren Missouri Paperless eBill Sweepstakes" 1901 Chouteau Ave., P.O. Box 66149, MC 330, St. Louis, MO, 63166-6149. By submitting one (1) 3" x 5" card entry during the Entry Period as defined above, you will be entered into the Sweepstakes if you meet the eligibility requirement hereinabove. No more than one mil-in entry is allowed during the Entry Period. Over-limit mail-in entries will be discarded.
Submitting erroneous or incomplete information will void the Entry. Entries that are forged or altered or generated by a macro, bot or other automated means or by any means which subvert the Submission process will not be accepted and will be void. Sponsor shall have sole discretion to determine if a Submission is void.
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an individual who actually submitted an On-Line entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized Ameren Missouri account holder.
Winning/Notification
On Mar. 11, 2013, twenty (20) winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes period. Odds of being selected as a winner will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes period. Winners will be notified by email or telephone, in the Sponsor's sole discretion.
Prizes
One (1) prize of a $100 utility credit will be applied to the winner’s Ameren Missouri utility account.
Internet Limitations of Liability:
If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including, without limitation, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, in hole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the prizes using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of or after (if applicable) this termination or suspension date. Any person who supplies false information, obtains entries by fraudulent means or is otherwise determined to be in violation of these Official Rules in an attempt to obtain any prize will forfeit any prize won and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Release
By participating in this Sweepstakes, Participants agree to release and hold harmless Ameren Missouri, Ameren Corporation, and their respective officers, directors, managers, employees, subsidiaries, affiliated entities, agents, members, shareholders, insurers, predecessors, successors, representatives, assigns, attorneys, (collectively the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, redemption or use of any prize.
Limitations of Liability
The Released Parties do not have any responsibility or liability whatsoever for: (i) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of the Sweepstakes; (ii) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of the entries; (iii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, mobile device, cable, network, hardware or software as applicable, or (iv) any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of any prize.
Disputes
Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, the parties agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, or the determination of winners shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action exclusively by final and binding arbitration before one arbitrator pursuant to the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association, then effective. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will Participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than Participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (e.g., costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Missouri in the City of St. Louis, and the arbitrator will issue a written decision and will have the power to award any legal remedies except as limited by these Official Rules. The parties will split the arbitrator's fee; provided, however, if applicable law requires Sponsor to pay the arbitrator's fee in order for the arbitration provision to be enforceable, Sponsor shall have the discretion to elect to pay such fees and proceed to arbitration. Participant irrevocably waives any right to bring or join in any class action regarding the Sweepstakes. The Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and judgment upon such arbitration prize may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. This arbitration provision shall be deemed to be self-executing, and in the event that any party fails to appear to any properly noticed arbitration proceeding, an award may be entered against such party notwithstanding said failure to appear.
BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, PARTICIPANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS' FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (2) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY PARTICIPANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (3) PARTICIPANTS' REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND PARTICIPANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF.
Winners List/Official Sweepstakes Rules Request
For the names and city/state of residence or Prize Winners, or a copy of these Official Rules, send a request specifying a copy of the Winners List or Official Rules along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope postmarked by June, 30, 2013, to "Ameren Missouri Paperless eBill Sweepstakes Winners List," 1901 Chouteau Ave., P.O. Box 66149, MC 330, St. Louis, MO, 63166-6149.
