Become a Participating Homebuilder
We want to help you meet the growing demand for energy efficient homes. Become a participating homebuilder in our
ConstructionSavers program and get financial incentives for each qualifying home built in the Ameren Missouri service area. You will also receive training, marketing materials, and support.
The program offers two types of incentives:
- Tier 1: $500 for each high performance home
- Tier 2: $800 for each ENERGY STAR® certified home
