Mar. 30, 2007   The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) approves Ameren Missouri's 40-year operating license for Bagnell Dam and the Osage Renewable Energy Center.
     

Mar. 28, 2008    

  Ameren Missouri submits our Shoreline Management Plan to FERC as one of our licensing requirements.
     
Jul. 26, 2011   FERC issues an order approving the Shoreline Management Plan with modifications regarding structures and dwellings that encroach on the Project Boundary, a strip of land surrounding the Lake that Ameren Missouri controls. Read the order.
     
Aug. 25, 2011   Ameren Missouri files a petition with FERC seeking a rehearing and/or clarification on the issue of property encroachments in the Project Boundary.
     
Nov. 10, 2011   FERC issues a new order in response to our rehearing request directing Ameren Missouri to submit for FERC approval a Project Boundary Amendment by June 1, 2012 that includes a proposal to remove property currently located in the Project Boundary that is not necessary to achieve or support a project purpose. Nov. 18, 2011   Ameren Missouri announces a timeline that calls for submitting a proposal to FERC in the first quarter of 2012, well in advance of the June 2012 deadline set by the Nov. 10 FERC order. Read the news release.
     
Dec. 15, 2011
  Ameren Missouri releases a draft of proposed changes to the Project Boundary in response to FERC's Nov. 10 order. The public has 30 days to review the proposal and submit comments to Ameren Missouri. We commit to reviewing the comments and incorporate the information accordingly. Stakeholder letter   
     
Jan. 15, 2012   Final comments on draft FERC proposal due. 
     
Jan. 31, 2012    Ameren Missouri submits our proposal for modifications to the Project Boundary months before the FERC deadline. Read the news release.
     
June 5, 2012   The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) approves shoreline boundary plan for the Lake of the Ozarks. Read the news release.
