Find a recent Ameren Illinois bill. You will need the 10-digit account number and the account name exactly as it appears on the bill.

Sign up and create a UserID and Password.

Complete the process with your 10-digit account number and the account name exactly as it appears on your bill.

Use your UserID and Password to login to My Electric Outage* to quickly see if your electric power is on or off.
Use your UserID and Password to also access and manage your online billing and account activities. |
