If you’re having trouble paying your home energy bill, help may be on the way. We offer several programs that provide bill-paying assistance and address the special needs of eligible low-income customers, senior citizens, disabled and customers with unique hardships.
   
Warm Neighbors Cool Friends is funded by contributions from our customers and employees to help neighbors in need. We also make contributions to the Illinois Low Income Home Assistance Program (LIHEAP), which is administered by the state to help fund heating and cooling assistance and home weatherization.
