If you’re having trouble paying your home energy bill, help may be on the way. We offer several programs that provide bill-paying assistance and address the special needs of eligible low-income customers, senior citizens, disabled and customers with unique hardships.

Dollar More and Warm Neighbors (for AmerenIP customers) are funded by contributions from our employees and our customers to help neighbors in need. We also make contributions to the Illinois Low Income Home Assistance Program (LIHEAP), which is administered by the state to help fund heating and cooling assistance and home weatherization.
