Ameren Illinois Utilities has partnered with Western Union Speedpay to offer customers other payment options. You can pay your bill online with a valid MasterCard or VISA credit or debit card, or call to pay your bill by electronic check or with a valid MasterCard or VISA credit or debit card seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Western Union Speedpay charges a convenience fee of $2.75 for each transaction.
Western Union Speedpay gives you the added convenience and flexibility of paying your bills by phone or electronically. Western Union Speedpay payments show as “pending payments” on the same day the transaction is processed, and they are credited to your utility account within about 2 days (48 hours)—giving you security and peace-of-mind. All your information is treated confidentially.
By using the internet you can also set up a recurring payment plan with Western Union Speedpay. The full amount of your bill can be paid conveniently every month on the due date and charged to your debit or credit card.
