Where can the customer get a new gas agreement for the Local Distribution Company (LDC)?
The <a href="https://forms.ameren.com/sites/aiu/gastransport/pages/nonresgasserviceagreement.aspx" target="_blank">Non-Residential Gas Services Agreement for Natural Gas Customers</a> is applicable for Ameren Illinois, the LDC.
Where can a completed agreement be sent and what method of transmittal is acceptable?
The customer should send the agreement by clicking the submit button after completing the online form.
Does the Retail Gas Supplier (RGS) need to send a Group Balancing Agreement for each pool group?
No. We only need one Group Balancing Agreement per RGS per LDC. However, we need an Appendix A for each pool group.
Will a faxed copy of the signed Group Balancing Agreement be sufficient?
No. The RGS needs to send two partially executed <a href="/sites/aiu/MyBusiness/GasTransport/Documents/NaturalGasGroupBalancingAgreement.pdf" target="_blank">Group Balancing Agreements</a> via UPS or Federal Express to:<br><br>Ameren Illinois<br>c/o Dottie Anderson<br>Managing Supervisor, End User Transportation<br>607 E. Adams Street<br>Springfield, IL 62739<br><br>Both agreements will be fully executed and one sent back to the RGS via UPS.
