Effective with the implementation of the new natural gas tariffs on Jan. 20, 2012, new or existing Rider T customers must designate their desired level of transportation banking service. Natural gas banking provisions previously found in Rider T are now contained in Rider TBS.
Customers with cashouts determined daily (daily balanced) can designate a bank election factor from zero to 15 times their Maximum Daily Contract Quantity (MDCQ). Failure to make a designation prior to March 1, 2012 will results in a default to the election of zero.
Customers with cashouts determined monthly (monthly balanced) can designate a bank election factor from 5 to 15 times their MDCQ. Failure to make a designation prior to March 1, 2012 will results in a default to the election of five.
If you or your retail gas supplier have access to the USMS system, you can enter the bank election factor in the system. For those who do not currently have access to USMS, please email your bank election factor to EndUserTransportation@ameren.com
