Effective with the implementation of the new natural gas tariffs on Jan. 20, 2012, new or existing Rider T customers must designate their desired level of transportation banking service. Natural gas banking provisions previously found in Rider T are now contained in Rider TBS.
Customers with cashouts determined daily (daily balanced) can designate a bank election factor from zero to 15 times their Maximum Daily Contract Quantity (MDCQ). Failure to make a designation prior to March 1, 2012 will results in a default to the election of zero.
Customers with cashouts determined monthly (monthly balanced) can designate a bank election factor from 5 to 15 times their MDCQ. Failure to make a designation prior to March 1, 2012 will results in a default to the election of five.
