Landlord Direct is a free service offered by Ameren to landlords and managers of rental property. A property manager or landlord can perform multiple billing functions online with Landlord Direct:<br><br>

<li>Enter service orders to turn service on or off</li>
<li>View and print consumption history for a location</li>
<li>Receive e-mail alerts for Landlord Program properties</li>

Ameren offers a Landlord Program that provides uninterrupted service and automatic billing for rental property owners. Many rental property owners use this program so that service is not interrupted when tenants move.<br><br>
Rental property owners can also use Ameren's expanded online service called Landlord Direct. The rental property owner can go online to create a Landlord Direct UserID and Password. Once approved, landlords will receive an e-mail from Ameren enabling them to begin managing their premises online.<br><br>
Landlords have the option of using the Landlord Program without utilizing Landlord Direct.
All residential and commercial properties are eligible for Landlord Direct. However, you will not be able to perform the following tasks for commercial properties: <br><br>
<li>Issue turn off</li>
<li>Issue turn on</li>
Due to regulatory issues, our system does not allow Landlord Agreements across companies. This means your rental property that is serviced by multiple operating companies (electric and gas) will need separate Landlord agreements for each service.
Consumption History is based on the date the premise was added to your Landlord Agreement. If you select a date prior to the date of your Landlord Agreement, the consumption history for that time will not be available.
