Supplemental Customer Charges 
This tariff provides information pertaining to charges for other programs and activities which are added to the Customer Charge specified in Rate DS-1 to calculate the amount shown on the Customer Charge that appears on customers’ monthly bills. These programs include funding of environmental programs, low income assistance programs, administrative charges to assist with customers buying power from RES’s, and credits/charges based on the Company’s ability to minimize uncollectible accounts.

Miscellaneous Fees and Charges
This tariff lists charges for returned checks, service reconnections performed within 12 months of a disconnection, various fees associated with costs to switch customers to RES supply, and fees associated with meter installation for Rider RTP and the inspection of meter connections.
  
PIPP Phase 1 Extension - Percent of Income Payment Plan
This tariff provides information pertaining to the Percentage of Income Payment Plan, a pilot effort by the State of Illinois to provide utility service to low-income residents.
 
Tax Additions
This tariff identifies the governmental entities that tax utility service in the Company’s service territory and the applicable tax rates.
  
Rider EDR - Energy Efficiency and Demand-Response Cost Recovery
This tariff provides information pertaining to the calculation of charges associated with state-mandated programs to help customers enhance the efficiency with which they use electricity.

Rider EF - Excess Franchise Compensation Adjustment
This tariff provides information pertaining to the calculation of charges to recapture fees imposed on the Company by municipalities that are in excess of the standard compensation paid to municipalities. These charges are applied only to the customers within the municipality imposing the excess fees.

Rider EEA - Electric Environmental Adjustment
This tariff is applicable only to Rate Zone I and III customers. The tariff allows the Company to recover costs associated with the environmental remediation of manufactured gas plants, commonly referred to as “coal tar cleanup.”

This tariff provides information pertaining to the calculation of adjustments associated with uncollectible expenses. The adjustments can be a credit or debit on customer bills depending on the Company’s ability to minimize uncollectible accounts.

This tariff provides information pertaining to the calculation of adjustments in order to recapture costs due to municipalities imposing non-standard requirements on electric service within those communities. Charges under this Rider are applied only to the customers within the municipality imposing the non-standard requirements.

Rider HMAC - Hazardous Materials Adjustment Clause
This tariff is applicable only to Rate Zone III customers. The tariff allows the Company to recover costs associated with the clean-up of asbestos from former Illinois Power buildings.

This tariff provides information pertaining to an alternative methodology for municipalities to receive fees for use of their rights-of-way for electric facilities.

This tariff provides information pertaining to an optional service which allows DS-3 and DS-4 customers to secure and pay for Company supplied back-up to their main electric feed.
 
Rider TS - Transmission Service
This tariff provides information pertaining to the calculation of charges associated with transmission service. These charges are applicable only to customers who purchase their electric power and energy from the Company.
