Direct Pay for Residential Customers

The Direct Pay option allows you to streamline your Ameren Illinois Utilities (AIU) payment process, save time and avoid late fees. Enroll in Direct Pay to have your Ameren payment taken directly from your checking or savings account on the day that it’s due each month.
  

Direct Pay Enrollment

Two easy ways to enroll in Direct Pay: online or mail-in form (or fax). You will need your AIU account number and your financial information to complete either process.
  
Use either form if you have already enrolled in Direct Pay but need to make a change to your information.
