What to do if you need winter assistance.
If your heating bill is past due,
contact Ameren Missouri
to see if a payment agreement can be made.
During the
Cold Weather Rule
period (Nov. 1 - Mar. 31), call your local
Community Action Agency
to access the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP).
If you have already applied for a
LIHEAP
grant and are in need of additional assistance, refer to our list of
other assistance organizations
.
If you do not qualify for a
LIHEAP
grant, but need heating assistance, refer to our list of
other assistance organizations
