When you generate solar power you have the opportunity to sell that power to Ameren Missouri? By agreeing to a Standard Offer Contract, you can sell solar renewable energy credits (SRECs) that Ameren Missouri can use to comply with solar requirements of the Missouri Renewable Energy Standard (Prop C).
 
Ameren Missouri will pay an up-front, lump sum payment to assist you in offsetting your installation costs if you install a nameplate capacity of less than 10 kilowatts (kW). The contract allows Ameren to purchase SRECs from your renewable system for ten years.

For systems with a nameplate capacity of 10 kW up to 100 kW, Ameren Missouri can offer a contract agreement to purchase SRECs for five years through annual payments.
