is Landlord Direct - our expanded online service for
residential property managers.
Ameren Missouri’s Landlord Program provides uninterrupted service and automatic billing for rental property owners when tenants have moved.
To sign up for the Landlord Program:
- Print the Enrollment Agreement and Property Listing Form.
- Complete and sign the Enrollment Agreement. Note: For each rental unit, provide the specific tenant, address, and account information on the Property Listing Form.
- Send the completed agreement forms to:
