When a customer’s doctor has verified that someone in the household is using electrically operated medical equipment in the home, that information is recorded in a medical equipment registry, and the customer's account is coded "Medical Equipment Registry."
We will make every attempt to notify customers in the registry about planned maintenance outages. However, customers should always have a back-up plan in place for emergency outages.
