Special Message Regarding Suspension of Review of Certain Non-Project Uses of Ameren Missouri Property/Shoreline:
As part of our re-licensing and shoreline management plan acceptance by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) scheduled for 2008, we are seeking clarification of certain non-project uses on Ameren Missouri owned land/shoreline.
Until acceptance of the plan,
Ameren Missouri has suspended review of certain non-project uses of Ameren Missouri property/shoreline. This includes decks, patios, gazebos, sidewalks and similar improvements. This does not include walkways providing reasonable access, and approved in conjunction with docks.
