Special Message Regarding Suspension of Review of Certain Non-Project Uses of AmerenUE Property/Shoreline:

As part of our re-licensing and shoreline management plan acceptance by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) scheduled for 2008, we are seeking clarification of certain non-project uses on AmerenUE owned land/shoreline. Until acceptance of the plan, AmerenUE has suspended review of certain non-project uses of AmerenUE property/shoreline. This includes decks, patios, gazebos, sidewalks and similar improvements. This does not include walkways providing reasonable access, and approved in conjunction with, docks.
