Included below are certain Ameren regulatory filings. Those listed do not reflect all filings made by all Ameren companies. Ameren will periodically include a selected filing based on its judgment as to the relevance and importance of filed material.

AmerenCILCO, AmerenCIPS, and AmerenIP Delivery Services Rate Cases
Case Nos. 09-0306, 09-0307, and 09-0308

 

Description:

Rate cases were filed in June 2009 to increase electric delivery service rates for AmerenCILCO, AmerenCIPS and AmerenIP. Effective in May 2010, the ICC authorized an aggregate $35 million increase in annual electric delivery service rates (AmerenCILCO - $2 million increase, AmerenCIPS - $18 million increase and AmerenIP - $15 million increase).

   

AmerenCILCO, AmerenCIPS, and AmerenIP Gas Delivery Service Rate Cases
Case Nos. 09-0309, 09-0310, and 09-0311

 

Description:

Rate cases were filed in June 2009 to increase natural gas delivery service rates for AmerenCILCO, AmerenCIPS and AmerenIP. Effective in May 2010, the ICC authorized an aggregate $20 million decrease in annual natural gas delivery service rates (AmerenCILCO - $7 million decrease, AmerenCIPS - $2 million decrease and AmerenIP - $11 million decrease).

Select Filings with the Missouri Public Service Commission (MoPSC)

AmerenUE Electric Rate Case
Case No. ER-2010-0036

 

Description:

AmerenUE filed a rate case in July 2009 requesting a $402 million annual increase in electric rates. The MoPSC is expected to issue a decision on the request no later than June 2010.

     

AmerenUE Gas Rate Case
Case No. GR-2007-0003

 

Description:

AmerenUE rate case filed in July 2006 to increase natural gas delivery rates. The MoPSC approved a stipulation and agreement that authorized a $6 million increase in annual natural gas delivery revenues effective April 1, 2007.
