On July 24, UE filed for an electric rate increase with the Missouri
Public Service Commission (MoPSC). The rate request is for $402 million
and represents a 18 percent increase.
The request means an
average (1,100 kilowatthours per month) household bill will increase by
less than 50 cents per day beginning in June 2010. |
