At AmerenUE Wholesale, every hour of every day we take full advantage of our highly trained and experienced staff, access to the latest market intelligence, real-time and long-term pricing data and sophisticated analytical tools. AmerenUE Wholesale trades electricity from our trading floor in downtown St. Louis, Mo.

With both a real-time (24/7) desk and a next-day desk, combined with the capability and financial strength of Ameren Corporation, our clients can tap approximately 10,000 MWs of AmerenUE’s Missouri-based generating capacity, membership in the RTO of Midwest Independent Transmission System Operator (MISO), additional interconnections to non-MISO entities and a strong roster of experienced traders and risk managers to make sure their power needs are met—day in, and day out.

Although we reside within the MISO, we cover other energy markets within the RTOs of PJM, SPP, and SERC (Reliability Council) from hourly up to five years in energy trade transactions.
