Ameren Missouri Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer

Michael Moehn is chairman, president and chief executive officer for Ameren Missouri. Prior to this role, Moehn was named senior vice president, Customer Operations, Ameren Missouri, where he was responsible for electric and gas distribution and customer Service operations to more than 1.2 million customers.
      
Moehn joined Ameren as assistant controller in June 2000. In 2002, he was promoted to vice president, Ameren Energy Resources (acquired by an affiliate of Dynegy), where he was responsible for back office, controller, pricing and analysis, and selected information technology services for merchant generating, as well as marketing and fuels management and trading services. Moehn was named vice president for Corporate Planning in 2004. Four years later he was promoted to senior vice president for Corporate Planning and Business Risk Management. In January 2012, he was named senior vice president, Customer Operations, Ameren Illinois.
  
Before joining Ameren, he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers for nine years, where he attained the position of senior manager.
  
Moehn holds a bachelor of arts degree in accounting from St. Louis University and a master's in business administration degree from Washington University, St. Louis. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, an Eisenhower Fellow, and is co-chair of the Southwestern Illinois Division de Tocqueville Society of the United Way.
