Vice President, Renewable Projects and Construction – Ameren Missouri
Kevin DeGraw leads Ameren Missouri’s build-out of renewable energy generation and energy storage, as described in the company’s Integrated Resource Plan.
His previous positions at Ameren include vice president, Corporate Operations Oversight, where he managed improvements in nuclear operations and worked to reduce project costs across the organization. He also held the role of vice president of Ameren Missouri Power Operations, overseeing the operation of about 9,000 megawatts of generating capacity at 15 sites, including coal, natural gas and hydroelectric facilities.
Prior to joining Ameren, DeGraw held various roles at Newport News Shipbuilding, including program manager for an aircraft carrier overhaul program, focusing on project controls and risk management to deliver projects on schedule and on budget. He also managed several manufacturing operations related to shipboard nuclear propulsion plant construction.
Earlier in his career, DeGraw gained experience in design engineering at Ford Motor Company. He is a veteran and served in the U.S. Navy as a surface warfare nuclear propulsion officer.
