  • Richard Mark Honored by the NCCJ
    Richard Mark, president, Ameren Illinois, was honored by the National Conference for Community and Justice of St. Louis at the 2016 Brotherhood Sisterhood Awards Celebration, June 14. The award is given to individuals whose work demonstrates the power of diversity, inclusion and equity. Mark was chosen for exhibiting commitment to a community where all are valued and respected.   • Top Utility in the Nation for Diversity
    DiversityInc ranks Ameren Corporation first in the United States on its 2016 listing of the nation’s top utilities for diversity. This is the sixth consecutive year Ameren has been recognized among the top five utilities, and second time at the top of the list for creating an inclusive workplace, reaching diverse customers and having strong supplier diversity.   • Top Business Leader                 
    Richard J. Mark,  president of Ameren Illinois Companies (AIC), has been named as one of the nation's top business leaders by African-American Career World. The list of top African-American business leaders were selected for their business acumen, leadership and vision to drive their company's success.
 
  • Women Worth Watching                 
    Sharon Harvey Davis, vice president and chief diversity officer, was featured in Diversity Journal's 2015 Women Worth Watching edition. The special edition celebrates the achievements and personalities of leading women executives and serves as an opportunity for the business community to get to know these women as individuals.  
 
  • Top 100 Military-Friendly Employers
    G.I. Jobs magazine ranks Ameren as one of the top 100 military-friendly employers in the nation. The ranking reflects the strength of military recruiting efforts, the percentage of new hires with prior military service and company policies toward National Guard and Reserve service.
