Ameren is introducing a free video series designed to increase the comfort level of being involved in sometimes difficult dialogues involving diversity and inclusion. Conversations like this take courage - The Courage to Be All In.
We encourage community organizations, businesses and other groups to use these tools to engage teams in conversations about the role courage plays in making a difference for yourself and others.
Each video features a conversation facilitated by Karen Foss with selected leaders in our community. With each video, we provide a facilitator guide, participant booklet and presentation deck for your use.
Focus: Understanding how to face obstacles or uncertainty. It challenges participants to call upon their courage when faced with significant challenges to overcome the fear and push through in order to transform by their experience.
Focus: Examining what courage means to make positive change. It challenges participants to confront their thinking regarding the definition of courage and to speak up when they see an unsafe act.
Focus: Seeing an individual, who at the peak of his professional career, courageously decided to take a different path in life.
Focus: Understanding the importance of Diversity and Inclusion to winning teams and executing an organization's strategy.
